An East Anglian Wild Ale made with wild cultures from all five breweries aged in sherry barrel for one year.

A blend of red wine barrel aged golden wild ales on local rhubarb.

Punchy fresh rhubarb, farmhouse brett, soft, acidic.

A blend of barrel aged golden wild ales on Essex grown chardonnay grape pomace.

White grape, gooseberry, tropical, juicy, dry.

Wild Waterbeach Weisse 3.5% | 375ml Bottle

Our berliner weisse style beer conditioned with a brettanomyces strain isolated from historical berliner weisse for six months.

Apple, pear, hay, white grape, spritzy, acidic, dry.

A wild table beer, hopped with centennial, aged in stainless steel with our mother culture of wild yeasts and microbes.

Refreshing, dry, citrus, grass, spritzy.

Our house saison, fermented in stainless steel with our mother culture of wild yeasts and microbes before bottle conditioning.
